December 21 - A Reflection of 2014 Running and Goals for 2015

This past year was a disappointment for me both running and health wise. I have been wanting to get back into running. I have wanted to sign up for a few different half and full marathons, but between moving and money.

My Goals for 2015
1. Start running at least 3 times a week. By the end of the year I want to run everyday.

2. I want to give up soda.

Running Reflections for 2014
I failed! I did download a few running apps to run a 5k, 10k, and half marathon.
